Help logging in

If you have already enrolled with your employer, you can log in with the pre-set username and password.

You username will be the email address you used to enroll and your password is #firstinitialsecondinitialzipcodelastfourssn for example John Doe is #jd787414224.

Adding a spouse

Log in to your account. On the right hand side of your page, most subscribers have a grey box that says ‘Share Your iLOCK360 Benefits‘ with a button to ‘Send Invitation.’ Once you type in the name and email address of your spouse, click the button to send the invitation.

Leaving employer/retiring

If you are leaving your employer or retiring and would like to keep coverage, we cannot this online for security reasons but give a call at your convenience 855-287-8888 and press Option 2. If you would like to cancel your coverage you do not need to take any action, we will be receiving updated cancellation information from your employer directly

Cancel coverage

If you get charged via payroll deduction, you will need to contact your benefits office to cancel recurring charges, Once your benefits office is able to complete that, you will not have to do anything because we will automatically get a file from your employer with the updated information regarding your cancellation.

If you get charged via credit card for identity verification purposes you will need to call our customer service line to cancel your coverage. You can reach us at 855-287-8888 and press Option 2.

Questions regarding an alert

If you received an alert and need assistance call our customer service team. You can reach us at 855-287-8888 and press Option 1. Unfortunately we are not able to discuss specific alerts without verifying your identity.

Adding dependents to your account

To add child information, log into your iLOCK360 account. If your plan includes child coverage, you can navigate to the ‘Identity Monitoring‘ menu and will see a ‘Child Monitoring‘ button. Clock on the button to add in your child’s information.

If you do not see if, it likely means that your plan does not include child coverage. For more questions about a family plan, please call us at 855-287-8888 and press Option 2. For identity verification purposes we cannot continue to assist with your specific coverage online.

Changing personal information

Click on ‘My Account‘ at the upper right of the site. Then, select the information you wish to update. Information can be updated include:

  • Email address
  • Password
  • Name
  • Address
  • Credit card information
